Since making the decision to starting Life Coaching with Paola, things have really turned around for me - I now have control over the areas of my life which previously were slipping away. Planning, preparation and precautions were things I never considered, where life took me I followed... but you wakeup one day and you realise its YOUR LIFE and you get to decide! Where are you? Where have you been? Where do you want to go? Take control, make that decision!

Life Coaching is like talking to a friend that genuinely wants to help, that isn’t going to judge you on your past or give bias advice because what you may choose can affect “their life” or it’s something “they wouldn’t do”.

Life Coaching helped me find myself, who I am and who I want to be.

It was easy, I chose the areas of my life that I felt I wanted to work on improving and Paola helped me to find my goals and outline actions plans. As I worked through these together with her at my own pace things slowly started correct themselves and I began to change my habits. At first there was a little soul searching and it was hard to know where to start from when you realise the possibilities! Paola helped me confront and correct past and current issues - working on the good, the bad, and the ugly I discovered more about myself and still continue to today. My goals are almost complete and I can’t wait to start on the next chapter of MY LIFE!

I’ve learnt things in Life Coaching that I may not have learnt from just being “exposed” to life. This has helped me enrich my sense of being and existence.

I met Paola through a common friend and had never thought of life coaching before, I thought I could give it a try. Paola help me to believe I was able to success in anything, going through all that process with her made me aware of my capabilities. She helped me re-assess myself and re-built my low self esteem. She gave me keys, directions and most of all she believed in me more than I did at first. The greatest thing about coaching is that You are the one Acting , it makes you feel proud of yourself and open a whole new world. Paola once told me “you can have it all” and actually yes it is possible, it’s hard work and it never ends but coaching give me faith again: faith in Myself.

Thanks to that wonderful experience my whole life has changed because I made it happen.

I came to the point in my life where I had no direction and that not only left me depressed but frustrated and I wanted to lose hope in everything. Paola opened my eyes and helped me realise that there is hope and more to life. Just when you think that all is impossible to battle, with Paola’s help I was able to separate each challenge and conquer them one by one. Her professionalism, kindness of heart and determination of a lion is the recipe of conquering ones demons and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Paola for everything!
